Above and Beyond

Yesterday the three man crew from Atlas Foundation Repair supervised by Carlos did plumbing repairs on our home. Carlos is an asset for your form. He went above and beyond to explain the repairs done and then after a long, hot day under the foundation he found the time to adjust our bedroom door so that it opens and closes easily. He is hardworking, polite and patient. You are lucky to have him as your employee.

Took Good Care

I am writing this letter to let you know that I greatly appreciate the work that Pete and his crew did at my home. He was very professional and was able to answer all my questions, no matter how many I asked. He also took good care of my wood deck as boards had to be taken up and placed lock down again. A Job Well Done

I am writing this letter to inform you that your Atlas Crew, managed by Robert Lopez did an excellent job in repairing my mother’s foundation. Everyone was very professional and explained the process of the repairs. Somethimes this is hard for my mother to understand, but Robert was very patient in answering all her questions. Before leaving, all plants removed were returned and the inside and outside areas were cleaned. I would like to recommend Robert and his crew for any job assignment to them and your customers would be highly satisfied just as we were.

Took Good Care

Just a word of thanks for the professional turnkey repair provided to my 32 year old home in Friendswood. The fellows were here at the announced time, went right to work in a coordinated fashion and worked in unison to provide an estimated 2.5 inch lift to the back side of my house. Great Communication

Richard Sorenson and his crew were at my house installing Foundation Repair, the foreman was very respectful as well as his crew. He gave instructions to the men and guided the homeowners step by step with great communication. Plants had to be removed and they were all placed back where they belonged, you could never tell the crew was here. Impressed

Also, I think a complement is in order for our man on the scene, Lopez. I have been through this before and it was a mess. Lopez said he would be finished in 3 days and he was. When I went to inspect the house afterwards it was immaculate. The crew did a very thorough job cleaning up everywhere. There was no dust or loose dirt outside. I was impressed.
