The Atlas Process
What matters most to homeowners? The Atlas process.
Knowing how the foundation repair process works, before it begins is another Atlas Advantage. We use time tested, proven foundation repair processes to fix your problems. Fix it with Atlas. Fix it for Good.
Features:
- Easy on your home and your family.
- Two to three days from start to finish of installation In most cases.
- Your home is repaired. Our Warranty is FOREVER.
Phase 1

Site Preparation
In some instances, materials may be delivered a day or two before the scheduled start date. We relocate any plants from the work area. We break through concrete or any other surfaces and hand dig small access holes that are three to four feet deep. Heavy plywood covers are placed over each hole.
Phase 2

Drive Pilings
We’ll need access to four to five electrical outlets during this phase. The concrete segments are pressed into the ground, using rebar segments to secure alignment. The cylinders are then driven to resistance. A pile cap is installed on top of the last segment. Finally, we place concrete cylinders between the piling cap and the bottom of the foundation beam.
Phase 3

Completing the Job
Your foundation is raised where the Foundation Plus pilings have been installed. Jacks are placed on top of the pilings and an experienced Atlas technician directs the raising of the foundation. Then, we clean up. The top portion of the hole is filled, surface concrete breakthroughs are patched. Plants are replanted, the yard, walkways and drive are cleaned. The entire process usually takes one to three days.
